By booking a consultation through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a call with RAW Agents ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

The purpose of the consultation is to discuss your goals as an insurance agent and explore whether our systems, programs, or services are a fit for your business.

This consultation does not guarantee any specific outcomes or commit either party to future agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Services

Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into our program or services. RAW Agents reserves the right to accept or decline working with any individual or business based on fit, availability, or other qualifying factors.

4. Appointment Cancellation

Client Cancellations

: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

RAW Agents Cancellations

: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Payment Terms

All initial consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Should you choose to move forward with our services after the consultation, a separate agreement outlining pricing, deliverables, and terms will be provided.

6. Confidentiality

Any information shared with RAW Agents during your consultation will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose or share this information without your permission, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, materials, systems, and frameworks discussed during your consultation are the intellectual property of RAW Agents. You may not reuse, record, share, or implement any of our processes without written permission unless you become a paying client.
